Required products :

6 round breads / cakes

200 grams of dried mushrooms

3 - 4 onions

1 egg

2 - 3 tablespoons oil

yellow cheese to sprinkle to taste

salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms and boil them, then grind.

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil. Mix with the mushrooms.

Cut off the top of the loaves and carefully remove the inside with a teaspoon.

You will receive bread bowls, which you spray with oil inside. Distribute the filling, close the bowls with the cut lids and spread with beaten egg.

Bake in the oven until done.

You can remove the lid, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese towards the end of cooking and bake.
