How To Cook Stuffed Bread With Spicy Chicken And Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast - cooked and cut
  • 2 onions - chopped
  • 2 red peppers - chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic - crushed
  • 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 140 grams of cream cheese
  • 75 grams of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of grated cheddar
  • 100 grams of grated ripe mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 whole loaf
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method of preparation :

Fry the onion in olive oil for 5 minutes until soft. Add the red peppers and fry them for 10 minutes until everything is caramelized and completely soft.

Add the garlic and spices to the pan, cook for another 2 minutes, add the tomato paste and a minute later remove from the heat. Allow the vegetables to cool and add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, both types of cheese and hot jalapeno peppers. Stir to combine and season.

Cut the loaves of bread and remove the inside. Spread the inside of the bread with a mixture of melted butter, garlic and parsley.

Fill the chicken stuffing tightly, put the limbs and spread the whole bread with garlic butter. Cut into slices.

Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then serve.
