Required products :

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped artichokes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped blanched or frozen spinach
  • 1 1/4 tea cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 grams of finished dough
  • For spreading:
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees to heat while you prepare the products for the bread.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, finely chopped artichoke, blanched spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to mix all products.

Spread the dough  in a pan. Place the shaped cheeses on top. Wrap the filling with the ends of the dough to form a ball. Turn so that the edges are at the bottom.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, chopped parsley and garlic powder. Using a brush, apply the mixture on the bread so that it is covered on all sides with the aromatic fat.

Bake for 25 minutes until your stuffed bread acquires a golden crust. Serve it warm to enjoy the melting aromatic cheeses.

Have a good time!
