How To Cook Stuffed Bread With Vegetables And Cream Sauce With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

1 round bread / loaf

zucchini

eggplant

onion

leek stalk

carrots

potatoes

suitable sausage or sausage of choice

 

For the sauce:

liquid cream

garlic

sol

pepper

parsley or dill

 

The quantities of the products for the filling and the sauce are at your discretion, according to your personal taste preferences and the size of the bread.

 

Method of preparation :

Cut off the top of the loaf and carefully carve the inside of the bread to make a bowl.

 

 

Cut zucchini, eggplant, onion, leek, carrot, potatoes and sausage.

 

Fry all the products separately until ready, then mix them.

 

Fill the bread bowl with the resulting filling and pour over the sauce you made from the cream, crushed garlic and spices.

 

Close the loaf with the cut lid and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

 

It becomes incredibly tasty!
