Required products :

  • 1 whole white bread
  • 1 zucchini (small)
  • 200 grams of cauliflower (cauliflower)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 peppers (sweet)
  • 300-400 grams of chicken fillet
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese (grated, for the filling and for sprinkling)
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Boil the fillet in salted water. Cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in a pan with oil.

Wash the cauliflower, divide into inflorescences and add to the zucchini.

Next are the finely chopped head of an old onion ...

and ... both multicolored sweet peppers.

Now is the time to season with salt and favorite spices, stir and let the vegetables simmer until soft. When the mixture has cooled, sprinkle it with half (or as much as you want) of the grated yellow cheese and start preparing the bread.

Cut off the entire top, carve the soft inside and spread 1/2 of the vegetable stuffing on the bottom.

The next layer is the shredded already cooked and cooled chicken. An option is to mix it with other products and then fill the bread.

Put the remaining stewed vegetables on the fillet and cover them with the reserved yellow cheese.

Bake the bread for about half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees - an appetizing crust will form.

Enjoy your meal!
