Not everyone likes spicy food, but there are also fans of spicy tastes. It is for them is the next recipe - breaded hot peppers stuffed with cream cheese. Melting core and spicy shell! Choose the spiciness yourself by choosing the right peppers for the purpose.

Required products :

  • 15 jalapeno peppers (or hot peppers of your choice)
  • 220 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Combine the cream cheese with the cheddar and fill all the halves of the peppers. Then glue them in pairs again together.

 

Dip the peppers in the milk, then roll them in flour. Arrange them in a tray lined with foil and leave them for 15 minutes to dry.

Then dip them again in milk and then in breadcrumbs.

In a small saucepan, pour oil in the middle and fry the peppers in it when hot.

 

Drain them on paper.

Serve hot breaded peppers with tomato sauce, such as Marinara (milk will not be suitable because of the filling).
