Necessary products:

600 g cabbage (maybe savoy, curly)

200 g minced pork 

300 g onion

100 g of melted butter

100 g of bread

100 ml of fresh milk

400 g meat broth

150 g carrots

salt and pepper to taste

parsley

Method of preparation:

Wash the cabbage and leave it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then take it out and dry it. Remove the cob, dissolve the leaves.

Make the filling:

Chop 2 onions and fry them in 1 tbsp of melted butter. Mix with the minced meat, add the bread soaked in milk, season with salt and pepper. Fill the cabbage with the stuffing.

Melt the remaining oil. At the bottom of the pan put the stuffed cabbage, carrots, cut into 4 parts, 2 onions; pour the broth, add finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper. When all this boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 hours.

The finished cabbage is cut into two parts and garnished with parsley.
