How To Cook Stuffed Cambi With Chicken Fillet And Mozzarella - Recipe

Stuffed peppers are a traditional dish for our country, but no matter how delicious the classic stuffed peppers are, it does not prevent us from diversifying their preparation. We present you a delicious and abundant recipe with different tastes, try it! 

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices
  • left
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons grated mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup ricotta tea
  • 1/3 tea cup finely chopped basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cambium
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • balsamic vinegar for serving

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Put olive oil in a large pan and heat it over medium heat. Season the chicken with the mix of spices , salt and pepper. Fry it in the pan for 8 minutes on each side. Transfer the finished fillet to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then cut into squares.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place them in a large bowl. Add the meat, 1 1/2 teaspoons grated mozzarella, ricotta and basil, season with salt and pepper, finally crush a clove of garlic to the remaining products and stir.

Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds. Put them in a pan and fill each half with the mixed products. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella on top.

Pour the broth into the pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes until the combs are cooked through and the cheeses are melted.

Sprinkle the finished dish with a little balsamic vinegar and enjoy it!
