Required products :

1 carp weighing about 1 - 1.3 kilograms
70-80 grams of cooking cream
1 large lemon
250 grams of mushroom
stalks leeks to taste
spices for fish to taste

salt and ground black pepper
oil

 

Method of preparation :

Clean the carp thoroughly, then rub it with salt and ground black pepper inside and out, spread with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season to taste and let the fish stand for 15 minutes.

 

Cut the leeks into circles.

 

Mushrooms - on large tiles.

 

Fry leeks and mushrooms in hot oil until semi-finished, add salt.

 

When the mixture has cooled a bit, fill the fish with it, being careful not to drain the fat.

 

"Close" the incision with toothpicks. Put in a pan whose bottom you have covered with baking paper. Coat the surface of the carp with cream and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 50-55 minutes.

 

You can serve the dish with vegetables.
