Boil the rice until semi-finished. Cut the onion, fry it in hot oil, add the mushrooms and stew briefly. Then mix with the rice.
Clean the carp, wash it and dry it. Salt on both sides and fill with the prepared mixture. Spread with cream and wrap the fish in foil. Place in a suitable pan and bake in a preheated 280 degree oven for about an hour. When you take out the dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, garnish with green spices, lemon slices and serve.
