Necessary products:

1 carp

1 onion

1 sweet pepper

1 carrot

1 clove garlic

2 sprigs of parsley

2 sprigs of dill

40 grams of butter

2 tsp rosemary

6 quail eggs

Method of preparation

The filling:

Cut the vegetables into squares and fry in oil. Add salt. When they turn red, add the oil, close with a lid and leave for about 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, dill and garlic.

Fillet the fish or, more precisely, remove the spine, salt it inside and out. Put half of the stuffing, followed by the quail eggs and again the vegetable mixture.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Put the fish on it, sprinkle with rosemary (around the fish and a little on it). Grease the carp with oil to form a crust and bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The dish is served topped with a marinade made from oil, garlic and parsley (maybe dill).

Enjoy your meal!
