How To Cook Stuffed Carp With Tomato Paste And Walnuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

1 fresh carp (about a kilogram)

2 cloves garlic

2 bunches parsley, dill

50 grams of walnuts

1 onion

1/2 lemon

200 grams of tomato puree

50 ml of water

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Method of preparation:

Peel a carp, slice the garlic. Make incisions in the fish and put the garlic in them. Diced onions, fry in oil. Parsley and dill are finely chopped. Roast the walnuts and grind them. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Mix all ingredients, salt and season with black pepper. Fill the fish with 2/3 of the resulting stuffing and place in a pan greased with oil. Spread the remaining mixture on the carp and bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
