How To Cook Stuffed Chicken Breast With Cheese And Buffalo Sauce - Recipe

Next time you don't know what to make for dinner, prepare this recipe. Combines chicken with Buffalo sauce in a perfect combination. Some of the stuffing will probably spill during roasting, so don't worry and fill the chicken with more sauce.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of cream cheese, soft
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 tea cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh green onions (or wild onions) + more to garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • blue cheese sauce for garnish

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Use a sharp knife and carefully make a cut in the middle of each chicken fillet. Distribute the cheese filling evenly in each of the four chicken breasts, then place them in a large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until done.

Turn on the oven at high temperature, place the grill on the top row. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of Buffalo
chicken sauce and bake until golden for 5 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with blue cheese sauce and garnished with green onions. Optionally, serve with a salad of cherry tomatoes and basil.
