How To Cook Stuffed Chicken Breast With Guacamole And Goat Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 6 pieces of chicken breast without skin
  • 150-200 grams of guacamole
  • 170 grams of fresh goat cheese
  • 100 grams of chopped roasted peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 5 grams a teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 5 grams of garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • toothpicks

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Wash, dry and cut the chicken breasts in half.

Add the chopped roasted peppers, the crushed goat cheese to the prepared guacamole sauce and mix until homogeneous. Fill the fillets with the mixture and secure the meat with toothpicks.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir, spread the chicken with the resulting sauce, arrange in the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Serve the dish with a garnish of your choice.
