How To Cook Stuffed Chicken Breast With Ham, Rice And Garlic In White Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 pieces of chicken breast
  • 50 grams of ham
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • spices
  • 50 milliliters of dry white wine

For the stuffing:

  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 50 grams of basmati rice
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 sprigs of tarragon and parsley


Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in 100 milliliters of water.

Turn the oven to 180 degrees to preheat.

Finely chop the tarragon and parsley.

Peel the cloves, add them to the oil and butter mixture and fry until soft and translucent but not golden. When the fat is flavored, remove the garlic from it and add the rice, cottage cheese, parsley and tarragon. Stir.

Knock the chicken breasts, season them and put a piece of ham on each, then distribute the rice filling.

Roll up rolls, secure them with toothpicks or tie with a suitable floss and fry in oil over low heat until golden.
Arrange them in a greased pan, pour the wine and the juice left in the pan after frying.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven. In 20-30 minutes they will be ready.
