How To Cook Stuffed Chicken Breast With Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • green spices (onion, dill, parsley and / or optional)
  • other spices to taste
  • 100 milliliters of liquid cream

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the sliced ​​mushrooms in oil together with the green spices. Add salt.

 

If you use frozen breasts, defrost them first. Make incisions along their length ("pockets" will be obtained), which you fill with mushrooms.

 

Secure the holes with toothpicks and rub the meat on the outside with spices.

Make a mixture of one egg, cream and grated yellow cheese. Heat it, stirring constantly, and add to the filling.

Mix the second egg with the flour and breadcrumbs, roll the breasts in the resulting breading. Sprinkle the rest of it on the meat.

 

Bake the chicken pockets for about 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
