How To Cook Stuffed Chicken Breast With Zucchini, Tomatoes And Red Onions - Recipe

Necessary products :
3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh dill and parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella (or yellow cheese)

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Make 5 cuts in the chicken fillets, being careful not to cut the meat completely.

Transfer to a suitable pan.

Stir in olive oil, dill, parsley, lemon salt and garlic. Spread the resulting mixture generously on the chicken breasts (use the entire amount).

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the vegetables into thin crescents - onions, tomatoes and zucchini, in the same way cut the lemon.

Put a slice of onion, tomato, zucchini and lemon in each slot of the chicken.

Sprinkle with cheese and yellow cheese.

Bake for about 25 minutes until the meat is ready. When serving, sprinkle with more fresh dill and parsley.
