Necessary products:

1 whole chicken

4 - 5 apples (preferably sweet and sour variety)

200 grams of prunes

3 heads of garlic

50 grams of mayonnaise

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon mustard

coriander

pepper

curry

sol

Method of preparation:

Wash the apples and prunes, cut the former into large pieces and the plums in half. Wash the chicken and be sure to let it dry. Mix the mayonnaise with the honey and with this combination spread the chicken inside and out with your hands. Rub with mustard, salt, coriander, curry and pepper. Wait 10 minutes, and if possible more (30 minutes). Then tightly fill with plums and apples, alternating layers of them. Make small incisions in the surface of the meat, which you fill with garlic (you can put 2 cloves inside). Place the chicken in a preheated 180 degree oven on the rack and place a tray of water under it. Bake until done.

The principle is as follows: 1 kg of chicken - 1 hour of roasting. If it starts to toast a lot on top, you can cover it with foil so that it doesn't burn. During baking, pour the juice that separates in the bottom of the pot, so you get a great brown crust.

The stuffing can also be served as a separate dish.

Enjoy your meal!
