Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, cut the livers into small pieces.
Fry onions in oil, add the carrots, a little later the liver and fry for another 7 minutes.
Then pour the cooked rice into the bowl, season, stir and remove the mixture from the heat. Let cool.
Then fill the chicken with it and secure the hole with toothpicks. Sprinkle the bird with black pepper and salt, put in a roasting sleeve.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees and after an hour the dish will be ready.
