Learn how to cook "Stuffed chicken with mushrooms and Dutch cheese". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
1 whole chicken - 2 kg
chicken fillet - 700 grams
red peppers - 400 grams
Dutch cheese - 300 grams
salt, pepper, nutmeg, spices for chicken - to taste
mushrooms - 7-8 pcs.
onion - 1 head
butter - 30 grams
Method of preparation:
Make an incision in the chicken belly and remove the skin, leaving only the wings. Cut the fillet into large pieces, season with spices, add half of the cheese and grate it finely. Cut the peppers into large pieces. Fry the onion in the oil and add the sliced mushrooms. Cool and mix with the other part of the cheese (again finely grated).
The filling follows:
Put half of the meat at the bottom (back) of the chicken turned over for stuffing, on the meat - mushrooms, on the mushrooms - peppers and on top again meat. Sew! Coat the chicken with a little olive oil and spices and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 180 degrees in foil. Then remove the foil and bake until golden. While roasting, water the chicken with the juice.
