How To Cook Stuffed Chicken With Olives, Mushrooms And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of chicken breast
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 80 grams of melted cheese
  • 100 grams of pitted green olives
  • 1 onion
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 20 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • toothpicks

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry the breasts and fillet them. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin. Cover them with cling film and roll them out. Cool the meat, while heating the oil and fry the finely chopped onions and mushrooms.

Add the olives, season with rosemary and white wine. Stew the mixture for 10 minutes and cool. Put a spoonful of the mixture, slices of melted cheese on each fillet and wrap the meat. Attach with toothpicks.

Arrange the rolls in a pan covered with a sheet of parchment and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Cool, distribute portions and serve the dish with a side dish and a drink of your choice.
