Required products :
1 kg of chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 lemon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

100 milliliters of water
For the stuffing:
200 grams of basmati rice
1 onion
200 milliliters of water
100 grams of frozen spinach
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method of preparation :
Start by making the filling. Heat olive oil, pour diced onion and turmeric, fry until golden. Then add rice, salt, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and pour hot water. Let it cook until semi-finished. Add the spinach, stir and allow the mixture to cool.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix black pepper, grated lemon peel, thyme and salt. Drizzle the spices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir. Spread the resulting aromatic mixture on the inside of the chicken and fill it with rice on the outside.
Take a sheet of foil and place the chicken breast on top. Tie the legs with cooking thread, make incisions on the sides and fold the wings inwards. Pour 100 milliliters of hot water and wrap the chicken in three layers of foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours. Periodically water with juice, gently unrolling the foil.
Put the finished chicken in a warm dish, remove the threads and you can serve in portions.
