How To Cook Stuffed Cucumbers With Chopped Meat And Rice With Cream Topping - Recipe

Required products :

150 grams of minced meat of your choice (or 500 grams of finely chopped mushrooms)

1-2 tablespoons cooked rice (or 50 grams of white bread)
1 large onion
small bunch parsley
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 lemon
dill to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease a pan with oil.

Cut the meat and onion into small pieces, mix them, add the cooked rice, fresh dill and spices to taste. You can also use hard-boiled chopped eggs in the filling.

Peel a cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and carve the inside with the seeds using a spoon.
Fill the resulting "boats" with the prepared mixture.
Make a sauce from the cream and tomato paste. Spread it on the filling, before spraying with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Cover the dish with foil and bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and white bread.
