Learn how to cook "Stuffed cucumbers with marinated mushrooms and cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 cucumbers
200 grams marinated mushrooms
1 tablespoon horseradish vinegar
4 tablespoons sour cream
chopped dill to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise without peeling them. Carve part of their inside with the seeds.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces and mix them with the cream, horseradish and vinegar sauce, dill.
Fill the boats with cucumbers with the resulting mixture, decorate with slices of tomatoes and mushrooms and serve.
Another option is to arrange the mushrooms beautifully in the cucumbers and then pour the sauces.
Instead of boats, you can form cups of vegetables by cutting the cucumbers in two, but not lengthwise, and carving the inside.
