Required products :
 
3 large aubergines
400 grams of sea fish fillet of your choice
100 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of butter
2 tomatoes
1 onion
salt and green spices to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Cut the aubergines (without peeling them) into two pieces lengthwise to get 6 "boats". Carve part of the inside.
 
Cut the fish and tomatoes into large cubes (if you prefer, peel the tomatoes in advance). Chop the onion finely.
 
Arrange the aubergines in a pan greased with oil. Distribute the fillet, tomatoes and onions in the "bowls" and put a piece of butter in each on the stuffing. If you decide, use the meaty part of the vegetables that you carved in the beginning.
 
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake the dish in a well-heated oven for about 30-50 minutes.
