How To Cook Stuffed Eggplant With Ham, Onion And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed aubergines with ham, onion and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 medium-sized eggplants
  • 100 grams of ham (chicken fillet or sausages)
  • 1 large onion
  • a handful of grated yellow cheese
  • salt, red and black pepper, fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the aubergines lengthwise in half and carve part of the inside. Cut the amount you remove into cubes and fry. Add the chopped onion and ham to them, season and leave on the stove until the onion is ready.

Fill the eggplant "boats" you have formed with the delicious mixture, sprinkle with the yellow cheese and bake in the oven until it melts and turns red.

Serve the dish with chopped fresh parsley leaves.
