Learn how to cook "Stuffed aubergines with minced meat, tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of eggplant
300 grams of minced meat of your choice
250 grams of tomatoes
200 grams of onions
100 grams of yellow cheese
3-4 cloves garlic
oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the aubergines, cut them in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the inside with a spoon.
Add salt to the resulting "boats" and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Put the cut inner part in a bowl, fill with cold water and also leave for 30 minutes.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion, fry them until golden in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry for about 10 minutes.
Steam the tomatoes, peel them, cut into cubes.
Drain the water from the soft part of the aubergines, cut the inside into small cubes.
When the minced meat is fried, add the diced tomatoes and aubergines, season with salt and ground black pepper.
Fill the "boats" with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley or dill.
