Necessary products:

2-3 eggplants

200 grams of sour cream

150-200 grams of yellow cheese

1 cup walnuts

2 cloves garlic

salt, parsley and other spices - of your choice and taste

frying oil

Method of preparation:

Cut the aubergines into thin slices lengthwise, put them in salted water for 20-30 minutes, drain and then fry until golden on both sides. Leave on a paper towel to drain off excess fat.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Grate the yellow cheese and add it to the nuts. Add the cream, spices and mix well.

Put a little of the mixture at one end of the eggplant piece and roll into a roll. That is all.
