Wash the aubergines, cut them in half lengthwise, carve the inside, which you cut into small cubes.
Tuna fillet also cut into small pieces, peeled peppers - into small pieces.
In the hot olive oil, first fry the eggplant cubes, then add the pepper, fish and finally add the ketchup to taste.
Season and let the stuffing simmer for about 10-15 minutes. During this time, turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
When the filling is ready, divide the aubergines into halves, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese or use thin yellow cheese sandwich sheets.
Arrange in a pan on a sheet of foil and bake the dish for 10 minutes in the already hot oven (until the coating melts).
