During the Easter holidays we are overwhelmed with a lot of boiled and broken eggs, we often get bored and look for options on how to serve them in more variety. We present you a very tasty option for stuffed eggs with chicken and cucumbers.

Required products :

  • 12 eggs
  • 300 grams of fried chicken
  • 2/3 tea cup pickles
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tea cup green onion feathers (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs for 12 minutes in salted water. Then put them in ice cold water and wait for them to cool for 20 minutes. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half.

Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add the chicken meat (finely chopped) and pickles, also chopped (leave 2 tablespoons of chicken and cucumbers before mixing them to use later for decoration). Add spices, mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Arrange the egg whites in a serving platter. Fill them with a spoon with a mixture of egg yolks and chicken. Sprinkle each bite with some of the set aside chicken and cucumbers.

Make strokes with the hot sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
