Learn how to cook "Stuffed eggs with onions, mayonnaise and carrots". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 raw carrot
1/2 small head old onion
leaves fresh parsley
100 grams mayonnaise
oil for frying
pinch ground black pepper
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Grate carrots.
Fry the two vegetables in hot oil until golden brown.
Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut into two parts (lengthwise).
Remove the yolks and arrange the egg whites on a plate.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the fried vegetables.
Add a spoonful of mayonnaise and season with a pinch of black pepper and the same amount of salt.
Mash the yolks, mixing with other products. A soft homogeneous combination should be obtained.
Prepare beautiful parsley leaves.
Using 2 teaspoons, fill the egg whites with the prepared mixture.
Put half a teaspoon of mayonnaise on top.
And decorate with parsley leaves.
Serve the appetizer chilled.
