How To Cook Stuffed Eggs With Red Beets, Mayonnaise And Mustard - Recipe

Required products :

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 head red beet, medium
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh basil for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Boil the beets for about 30 minutes until soft.
  • Cut into large pieces and transfer to a food processor.
  • Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Arrange the egg whites on a plate of appropriate size.
  • Add the egg yolks, mayonnaise and mustard to the blender and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Strain until smooth. Try it and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Fill the egg whites and sprinkle with fresh basil.
