Peel and grate the carrots. Grind the walnuts, press or finely chop the garlic.
Mix cream and mustard, add carrots, walnuts and garlic. Season and stir.
Wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut the edges and cut the rest in half lengthwise.
Using a teaspoon, carve the core with the seeds and fill the resulting boats with the prepared stuffing.
