How To Cook Stuffed Fried Eggs With Spinach, Tomato Sauce And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed fried eggs with spinach, tomato sauce and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small spinach connection
  • 1 medium onion head
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 250 grams of peeled canned tomatoes (you can also use fresh)
  • salt and spices of your choice and taste

Preparation :
Cut the onion into cubes and stew it in the oil together with the spinach.

 


Dilute the boiled and peeled eggs in two lengthwise and remove the yolks.


Using a blender, grind the egg yolks, onion with spinach, spices and cheese.


Grind the tomatoes separately also in a blender.


Then pour the tomato sauce in a suitable form that you will use to prepare the dish.


Fill the egg whites with the mixture you got from the yolks and vegetables.


Arrange them in the bowl with the tomatoes and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes (until the surface turns golden).
