Required products :

  • 1 baguette
  • 250 grams of diced bacon
  • 250 grams of melted cheese
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • pepper

Garlic oil :

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

  • Stew the bacon in the oil over high heat until lightly browned. Transfer to a plate lined with parchment paper to drain off excess fat and allow to cool.
  • Cut the edges of the baguette and cut it crosswise into two or four pieces to make it easier to fill.
  • Use a long knife to cut the middle, leaving a wall of 1.5 centimeters.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the bacon, melted cheese, grated cheese and yellow cheese, peppers and green onions, season with black pepper and mix well.
  • Fill the bagel with a spoon or knife. You can also use a clean plastic bag by cutting one edge from the bottom.
  • Melt the butter, add the crushed garlic and mix well, then spread the bagel profusely.
  • Cut the baguette into slices and transfer it to foil to wrap it. Meanwhile, press the slices together.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve it warm!

Enjoy your meal!
