How To Cook Stuffed Garlic Bread With Yellow Cheese And Minced Meat - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 350 milliliters of warm milk
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of salt
  • 10 grams of garlic flour
  • 1 kg of sifted flour
  • 42 grams of live yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

 

for the filling

 

  • 300 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt, pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • lubricating oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl put the flour, garlic flour and add salt. Stir, and in another bowl pour the milk, add the sugar and whisk the yeast. Add the liquid to the flour, pour olive oil and knead the dough.

Once risen, divide into pieces, form balls and arrange in a greased pan. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool and cut off their lids. Remove the inside of the dough and set aside.

Heat butter in a pan and fry the minced meat together with the tomato puree. Season with salt, pepper and stir. Fill the rolls with the filling, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake at 180 degrees for another 15 minutes. When ready, grease with oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve, eat and enjoy the taste.
