Required products :
240 grams of cream cheese
120 grams of hard cheddar or yellow cheese
70 milliliters of beer
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
12 large hot peppers, suitable variety for filling
12 strips of bacon
Method of preparation :
Mix the cheese in a suitable container, pour the beer, add the starch, red pepper and garlic powder. Add salt to taste and beat with a blender until smooth.
Put the aromatic cream in a pastry syringe and fill the peppers that you have previously cleaned from the seeds (you can keep the "caps" with the handles and close the already filled peppers). Wrap each in a piece of bacon and bake for a few minutes on the grill or on the grill.
