Required products :
6 sweet peppers
230 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
12 pieces of bacon + 1/4 tea cup chopped
12 pieces of cheddar cheese + 1/4 tea cup grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
12 toothpicks
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to heat on top baking, place the grill in the middle, cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil.
First, cut the peppers in half and remove the tails and seeds.
In a suitable bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sliced bacon, grated cheese and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Stir until smooth. Fill the peppers with it and put a piece of bacon on top, on top - a piece of cheddar cheese.
Pass a toothpick through each half of the pepper and arrange in the prepared tray.
Place in a preheated oven for 4 minutes, then turn the pan over and let the peppers bake for another 4 minutes.
