Required products :

  • 1 2/3 tea cups boiled brown rice
  • 4 cambs - cleaned of seeds
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 4 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black currant
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vegetable juice
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel (grated)

Method of preparation :

Put the peppers in a bowl with the cut part down and add about 1 cm of water to them. Cover them with a lid or inverted plate and heat in the microwave for 3-6 minutes until soft. Drain the water and turn the peppers.

Fry the minced beef, shredding it, until done. Add blackcurrant, cumin, cinnamon and cook for another minute.

Put the rice and remove from the heat half a minute later. Season with salt and pepper and pour 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable juice, add mint and orange peel.

Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture and arrange in a tray that can be used in a microwave oven. Pour the remaining juice on the sides and bake in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

You can also prepare the recipe in the oven by extending the cooking time, but follow the same steps.
