How To Cook Stuffed Lasagna Peels With Dried Tomatoes And White Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups of arugula or baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 wide lasagna crusts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • left
  • nutmeg
  • 100 grams of hard mozzarella cheese
  • 40 grams of parmesan cheese

Method of preparation :

Boil the lasagna crusts as mentioned on the package.

Mix the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir well.

Place the lasagna crusts on a clean flat surface and put the stuffing at one end. Roll up 4 rolls and arrange them in a small tray.

Melt the butter on a medium heat, add the flour and stir. Add the milk in portions, stirring constantly.

Season with salt and grate a little nutmeg.

Add the previously grated mozzarella to the sauce and stir until smooth and until the cheese is melted.

Pour the resulting mixture over the rolls and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
