Necessary products:

  • 5 peppers
  • 200 grams of long grain rice
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 g ground coriander
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • parsley
  • left

Method of preparation:

Soak the rice in water, wash and clean the peppers, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Then wash the rice, pour cold water over it, add salt and cook until semi-finished. Grind the tomatoes (or use ready-made tomato juice), chop the onion.

Once the rice is cooked until semi-finished, leave it to cool, add the carrots, coriander and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything and the filling is ready. Fill the peppers tightly with it, put them in a saucepan. Stew onions with a few carrots for about 5 minutes, then add the tomato juice, sugar and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes.

Pour the peppers with the resulting tomato sauce and stew for 30-40 minutes (until ready).

Serve the dish hot.
