Cut leeks into pieces 5-6 cm long, scald them with boiling water and season with salt and pepper. Remove their core.
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, fry it and pour the broth. Close the container with a lid and let it simmer for a while.
Saturate the inside of the leeks and fry. Do the same with parsley root. Boil the rice, grate the tomatoes, cut fresh parsley.
Mix the minced meat with the fried leeks, root, add the rice, parsley and some of the tomatoes.
Fill the formed cavities of leeks with minced meat. Arrange them in a suitable container, pour the cream, the remaining grated tomatoes and close with a lid. Stew over low heat.
Serve the dish with a decoration of lettuce leaves and the sauce that was formed during cooking.
