Required products :

1 fresh frozen mackerel
1 onion
1 boiled egg
1 teaspoon butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste
lemon juice

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the fish, clean the entrails and bones, dry.

 
Then carefully remove the meat, being careful not to damage the skin.

 
Add onion and boiled egg to the meat part, grind everything together with the help of a food processor or a meat grinder.

 

Salt the inside of the skin and spray with lemon juice, put pieces of oil.

  

Season the resulting minced meat with salt and ground black pepper to taste, fill the mackerel with the mixture.

 

Wrap in foil a sheet that you have greased with oil.

 

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
