How To Cook Stuffed Mackerel With Onion And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 mackerel

1 onion

100 grams of melted cheese or grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Make an incision along the spine of the fish, separate the meat from the bones. Cut the spine at the head and tail. Clean the mackerel.

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and fry in a little hot oil.

Grate the melted cheese or yellow cheese and mix them with the onion.

Put the fish on a sheet of foil, fill it with the resulting mixture and wrap tightly with foil.

 

Bake the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes.

You can serve with a garnish of mashed potatoes.
