How To Cook Stuffed Mackerel With Vegetables, Mushrooms And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

1 mackerel (can be fresh, can be frozen)

1 onion

optional vegetable mix (you can use ready-made frozen vegetable mix)

100 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20%

mushrooms to taste

50 - 70 grams of yellow cheese

1 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

butter

salt, spices and parsley to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the fish, if using frozen, prepare it for stuffing by cleaning and cutting it.

Make the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil / butter, add the chopped mushrooms and fry until done. Separately stew the vegetables, season to taste. Mix mushrooms and vegetables, add parsley.

Place the mackerel in a greased pan, using toothpicks to attach the edges to form a boat. Season the inside with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice inside and out. Fill with the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, pour the cream and bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
