How To Cook Stuffed Meatballs With Spaghetti And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the meatballs

 

  • 700 grams of minced meat mixture
  • one teaspoon of cumin and black pepper
  • 40 grams of breadcrumbs
  • one egg
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • grated nutmeg to taste
  • 20 milliliters of cold water
  • 100-150 grams of baby mozzarella
  • 300 grams of spaghetti

 

for the sauce

 

  • 1 head of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 milliliters of red wine
  • 300 grams of chopped canned tomatoes
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • salt to taste
  • 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add cumin, black pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, parmesan, nutmeg and water.

 

Mix the minced meat and form meatballs. In the middle of each put a mini mozzarella and form balls.

 

Arrange them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, boil and drain the spaghetti, set aside. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan, fry the onion and pour the wine.

 

Add the tomatoes, parsley, salt and parmesan. Put the meatballs and stir.

 

Spread the spaghetti on top, stir and serve warm. Distribute portions and eat with pleasure.
