Method of preparation:
In a bowl sift the flour, add salt and sugar. Warm the milk and activate the yeast in it. Leave the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, add the butter and pour it over the flour.
Make a soft dough and leave it to rise. Meanwhile, mix the stuffing products in a bowl and stir. With oiled hands, take the dough, stretch the crust and put some of the mixture in the middle.
Wrap the edges thoroughly and heat more fat. Make the remaining mekis in the same way and fry them. Drain, arrange and serve.
