How To Cook Stuffed Minced Stuffing With Tomatoes, Potatoes And Wine - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg minced meat
6 tomatoes
5 potatoes
4 cloves garlic
2 onions
1 red hot pepper
60 milliliters olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 teaspoon red wine (can be replaced with the same amount of tomato juice or saturated chicken broth)
2 teaspoons salt
pinch of ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Peel all the vegetables, wash them and cut: potatoes, tomatoes and onions into small cubes, mash the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a suitable pan and fry the potatoes until golden. Take them out on a plate and put the minced meat in the same fat. Add tomatoes, garlic, season with salt and pepper.

Let the combination fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

When the minced meat is ready, add the potatoes, onion, chopped hot pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, capers and pour half a glass of red wine.

Close the pan with a lid and let everything simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.

With this delicious mixture you can fill peppers, make cakes, homemade donuts, burritos or serve with boiled rice.
