Remove the lids of the pumpkins, clean, wash and dry the inside. Add salt and season with black pepper and olive oil.
Arrange in a greased pan and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat, chopped onions, mushrooms and walnuts in hot fat. Add the blueberries, spinach, rice, stir and season with salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg.
