Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 soft tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 250 grams of minced minced meat
  • salt, pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh oregano and basil
  • oil for stuffing
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel the mushrooms, remove the stumps and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, fry them and add grated carrots, onions and tomatoes. Add the minced meat, stir with a wire whisk to break up more easily and fry evenly.

Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste. Saturate the fresh spices and add to the sauce. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Arrange the mushrooms on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment and fill them with bolognese sauce.

Sprinkle with yellow cheese, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

 

Cool and serve the mushrooms, garnished with fresh spices of your choice.
